转身份申请（539表）时，uscis接收中文结婚证么

他们网页上写着：
Any document containing a foreign language submitted to USCIS must be accompanied by a full English language translation which the translator has certified as complete and accurate, and by the translator's certification that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign languate into english.
