If you have filed to one center for AP, then local office can not give you AP, but officer at Local office will help you to contact with the center to push the center to process. It will take 2 days for the center to mail to you if the center approves after discussing with the local office where you visit for an expedite process of AP.
I got it from TSC in two days after my visiting to Atlanta local office.
I brougt: letter indicating the bussiness that involves me; the flight conservation; filed I131.

If you have not filed one AP to any center,you will have no problem to get it at a local office,that what I got from my visit 10 days ago.
