我现在AOS(EAD for job)，老公威胁取消绿卡，强迫离婚，他不想让我拿到绿卡。我申请了h1b， 如果我active H1B, 是否绿卡申请自动无效？
-Your H1 status is irrelevant to your green card application (your activation of H1B does not results your绿卡申请自动无效). But if you divorce, your green card application which derived from your hu*****and's application (I-140) will be invalid.

So, you had better get your H1 status and then, you can apply for the green card by yourself if you have to divorce.
