通过了485 interview, 但排期未到, 您说移民局只是pre-approve I-485,而不是approve I-485，那如果在排期到之前失去工作，雇主通知了移民局，会对拿绿卡有影响吗？
-If your I-485 is approved, you should receive a formal approval notice. If it is just pre-approved, USCIS will not send you an approval notice. If your staus is H1 and you are laid off, your employer may inform USCIS about yoru unemployment.

会引起 USCIS ask RFE for employment status吗？
-Because H1 and I-485 are in different systems in USCIS, usually your unemployment does not 会引起 USCIS ask RFE for employment status. Also, normally USCIS does not ask RFE anymore for the pre-approval I-485 case. So, you do not need to worry about that.

会不会取消给绿卡？还是排期到了，仍会发给绿卡？
-If you does not get RFE for your unemployment, your I-485 will not be affected and your will get your green card once your 排期到了.

I-485只是pre-approve,但排期到前失去工作，没了H1，算什么身份呢？
-Your status will be AOS if you do not find a job and do H1 transfer.
再找到工作时，是用H1还是EAD好？
-Either one is OK, but EAD is more convenient, especially if you find a job after your unemployment for a longer period of time (e.g. one to 2 months).
