请问问题4中的下面的这句话如何理解：“had the alien not left and returned under advance parole”。
- had the alien not left and returned under advance parole = if the alien had not left and returned under advance parole

曾经在一个老印的坛子中读到意思是第二次用AP入境后必须用EAD工作。
- How?

当时觉得很无稽，但现在阅读这句话就觉得确实是这个意思。因为从第一次使用AP后每次出境和入境时都将处于同样的AP身份了。
