本人HIB，办过extension,计划12月回国2个星期。请问大家最近有回上海领事馆返签的吗？一般顺利吗？这是我第一次回国返签，有些紧张。

还有，我的护照明年6月17日到期，想在回国的期间办理换发护照，否则再入境时会有麻烦。但这对签证面试有影响吗？
-I have no idea whether it will affect your visa application and hope it will not. For the safe reason, you had better renew your passport within US or in China before you apply for the visa.
我的理解是只有入美国关时护照有效期不能少于6个月，不知道对不对。

I-94我有两份，一份original,一份from extension,出境时都要上缴吗？
-Only need to provide the lastest one (extention I94), but you need to keep the photocopy of the I-94 in your file for your future green card application.

我需要提供employment verification and resume 吗？
-You need a Employment Verfication letter from your employer indicating your position/title, job start date, and salary.
请问有H1B and H4 回国返签所需材料的list吗？
-Employment letter, copy of h1 application materials (Form I-129), H1 approval notice, passport, and visa application forms (see US Embassy in China website).
H4 also needs to provide the marriage certification.

请问需要提供保税表和工资单吗？
-Not need.
这是我最担心的地方，因为公司业务不景气，我的工资单实际收入低于表格上的数字，如果签证官发现不相符，这该怎么办呢？
