我有几个问题请教大家

1》我的兄弟姐妹帮我申请绿卡，可没给我孩子申请，那我的孩子是我们出国的时候就能一起带出去，还是我们大人出国之后才能申请孩子出国，申请绿卡，孩子今年14岁。
2》485批了之后多久就能入美国？
