Someone suggested me not reopen the I485 directly(because no visa number is available currently), but apply for my EAD and/or AP and do the explanation. At that point, if it's reopened, it's reopened. Does that make any sense?
-You can contact USCIS to see whether your I-485 is pending or not. If it is pending, nothing needed to do. If it has been denied, just file a new I-485 when your PD is currrent. This is the best way to do.
