申请绿卡请什么样的律师？

刚从加拿大到了美国，也想申请绿卡。我已经得到H1-B签证。请问有经验的网友，如果申请绿卡（NIW）请什么样的律师好？有名的华人律师都很远，就近找律师是不是可行？我所在的地方，好像没有华人律师。敬请各位有经验的网友提供信息，不胜感激！
