-You need to contact the court for this issue.

or Can I just give a written permissioin to permit my exhus to include my kid as his 485 derivative?
-No. You need the formal document issued from the court.

2. If my daughter is going to be my exhus' 485 derivative, which one is better, file a complete sepreate 485 for my kid or relink to her already filed 485?
-Transfer/relink her pending I-485 to her father I-140 is better. If she file a new I-485, USCIS still will transfer her previous I-485 file together for consideration and this will take more time.
