回复：my case

I have just been back from USCIS local office. The officer called the USCIS center for me and proceded my application by USCIS center. The local office is not able to do since I filed I131 to CENTER. If you have not filed before, you can get at the local office.
It takes at least 1-2 day by overnight mail.
