跟随LG申请的一类优先被拒了，刚得到I-140被拒的信，心情很糟，可是我的情况似乎更糟。

问题1：我已经用过了EAD,所以我已经成了AOS 身份。 我现在还在上班，因为我的I-485还是pending,还没被拒，所以我和LG觉得我的身份还是有效的，我应该还是可以上班的，我可以一直工作到我的I-485被拒为止。不知道是不是这样的？

问题2：估计我的I-485很快也要被拒了，我准备马上着手办H4。 （还好我LG还有一个有效的H1！）不过我不知道我能否在美国境内转成H4身份。 因为我LG申请H1的时候没有claim我做他的dependent,--我当时想上班，觉得H4对我没用，就没有随他同时申请H4。 我不知道照我现在的情况，我能否申请在美国境内转成H4身份，还是必须回国去申请H4签证？
-If your I-94 has expired for a while,you may just go back to China to get an H4 visa, and this is simple and you have no problem to get th evisa. If you have a valid I-94, you just change your status from AOS to H4 within U.S.

问题3: 我不知道在美国境内转H4要什么材料，在USCIS网上也没有找到，请哪位给我个链接或是list？谢谢了！
-File I-539 and read the instructions for this form. In addtion, you need copies of your marriage certification, your spouse H1 approval notice plus recent 3-month paycheck stubs, your I-94, passport, I-485 receipt.

问题4：万一我的I-485在我的H4申请递交之前就被拒了，我是否立刻成了非法身份？
-You only need sevral hours to prepare the H4 application and send it out. But I still think you can send the application now if you want to change your status in U.S. because it takes several months to get your H4 approval. Before the H4 is approved, you still can work until your EAD expired.

那我是否要马上回国? 那我到底有多长时间离境？
-You have one month to prepare leaving.
或者我仍然可以留在美国申请H4身份？
