老师，顺便跟您提一下，我回国时候，只是把最早的I94交了，I797上面的I94没有被收上去。也就是说我现在手里有两张I94（一张I797上的，一张这次回国新发的）.如果是这样的话，您上面讲的仍然都成立，对吧？
-Yes. No difference. As long as you left U.S., your status terminated and all the old I-94 were over. When you come back to US with a new visa, you reinstated your status with the new I-94 (equal to your first time entry to U.S.).
