回复：J1 waiver后回国返签多大可能被拒？

我J1 postdoc，已经waiver了，但没有申请H1，DS2019以及合同到明年才到期，而visa
stamp早在去年年底就过期了。现在有事情想回国一趟，就得去签证。这样会有多大可能被拒签？
-You should have no problem to get the J1 visa. But if your major is sensitive (e.g. nuclear, chemistry, etc.), you might be checked for your background.
有没有办法让大使馆不拒签？谢谢！
