It is very unnormal in your case for your I-485 pending for such long time. You should have cancelled the NIW when your EB1 was approval to avoid this confusion. I guess USCIS have made some confusion in your case. You had better contact USCIS to find out what happened by phone, writing, email, or just visiting the local office.
