现雇主不同意为我办H1，理由如下：

1）H1的唯一目的是让你能工作。你既然已有EAD了，就没必要再办H1。
2）至于你LP的问题，应寻求别的办法解决。 比如帮他办AP。

雇主基于以下从雇主的朋友那得到的答复：
1）You are going to have to extend your H-1B. 2）She can try to obtain an H-4 visa through the consulate using what very little is left of the H-4 status but they may not approve it. 3）If she cannot get it then you will need to try to apply for an advance parole document now and then mail it to her upon approval in 90 days or so. That may not work though as there is an argument that one must be present in the U.S. to apply for AP.
