请问 Pjiang and 863211: I-485 visa not available

请问 Pjiang and 863211: my wife and I filed I-485 (EB-2) at Oct 2004. The Priority date is July 12, 2004. I called USCIS recently for case status inquiry. The response is " At this time, there is no visa available. When there is a visa available, your application will be processed."

The current visa date for ED2 is April 2005. The visa should be avaliable for my case, right? Do you think USCIS misplaced my case into EB-3? How do I contact them to correct this mistake?
