What status is my daughter?

PD is 06/30/2005, and used AP this summer. I and my hu*****and are using EADs. H1 was extended for 3 years after 6 years H1, but we cannot keep h1 since we used AP. It means my daughter is not h4 any more, and she doesn't apply EAD. What status is she? Thank you for your Help!
