change address

We got green card in 2007 and do we still need notify USCIS of the change of address? Which form should we file? I remember when our case was pening, we need file AR-11 about the address change.

In addition to the USCIS, do we need notify SOCIAL SECURITY ADMIN OFFICE and IRS?
