请问 Pjiang and 863211: I-485被拒后(因未能及时补材料)， 还能用EAD 卡继续工作吗?
-Yes, you can work until the EAD expires unless USCIS cancel your EAD specifically when your I-485 was denied. But you had better file I-485 Motion to reopen/reconsideration to keep your AOS status valid.
