I thought once i use AP to enter US, my h1b visa will become void, and my status in US all depends on the approval of 485. Which means I cannot get an extension on my h1b for another 3 years anymore. Am i correct?
what happens if i want to change my employer while in AOS not in h1 anymore, do i just have to show my EAD card?
