DOL prevailing wage 1-1.5个月 (怎么这么久呢？)
如果 prevailing wage < my salary
newspaper advertising 1.5 个月
finalize recruit result 1个月 (怎么这么久呢？)
prepare form 2 星期


我的H1B还剩1年3个月
如果在3个月内不能提交，怎么办？
