emergent AP

Any one can provide the information on emergent AP application for my case?

I filed I-131 (AP) early last month and had figner print. I plan to visit China at the end of Oct., 2009. So I need a emergent AP.

What I need to prepare for Emergent AP applications?
Do I need an appointment with local USCIS for this application?
How to make the appointment?
