TSC did the same thing before.

Last, I found the I-485 progress in Taxes center had a dramatic improvement. But I have heard anything about my case. I called them to ask about the progresss date. But they said bla bla bal... bullshit.. later on the system was backdated.
How stupid they are??!!!
