我的情况：, 现F-1 毕业(grace period will expire 10/30/09), 已有两个口头offer。４８５　EAD (expires 3/2011) 未用过，用过公司H-1B两年，但从开始用到现在已超过６年。
-Do you mean you got H1 before even if you did not get J1 waiver?

Yes. My actual timeframe is in the order of J-1 -> F-1 (M.S.)-> H1-B (2 years) -> F-1 (Ph.D.) -> now. Derivative I-485 was filed in my PhD studies.
