Vermont goes back for date

Today announced processing date got a weird thing, the NIW I-140 processing date at Vermont goes back to October 2002 from March 2003 in previous announcement. How insane the American immigration agency! They are making a joke with this kind of thing that is pretty serious for us. I am disappointed with their fiddling behavior. I have decided to go back to China to sell baked sweet yam instead of immigration to this stupid continent.
