请问各位兄弟姐妹：旧金山领馆有护照照相服务吗？

麻烦最近去旧金山换过护照的朋友回答一下。
还有我知道从11月起他们不收现金，只收信用卡和Casher Check/Money Order。
但我想知道现在他们收信用卡吗？
