-No. Your kid's age for the immigration visa will be calculated as followed:
your kid's age for the visa = the kid's actual age at the time of your PD being current (排期到了) - I-130 pending time. Your PD (排期) is the date you filed the I-130 for your kid.
Because the 排期 is too long for F2A, your kid may be out of age (>21) though your kid was under 21 when you filed the I-130 for him. So, your kid's visa type may become F2B. The only way for your kid to get the green card quicker is that after you become a US citizen, your kid can change his visa type from F2A/B (家属移民第二优先) to F1(家属移民第一优先).
