Urgent!Can H1B be self-employe

I am currently holding an H1B visa. Recently I opened a LLC company and I am the only member of this partnership. In my state (Indiana), this is considered as self-employed. I am not planning to work in my own company as an employee. The question is can I be self-employed while working in the company who sponsored my H1B visa? Thank you so much
