急问: 保持不了H1 签证用WORK AUTHORIZATION CARD 工作会不会对I-485绿卡有影响

My I-485 was on pending right now, and there is a high chance that I won't be able to keep my H1B visa, since it is gonna expire and I am not meeting the requirement to renew it. So I have to use my work authorization card to work. Is this gonna affect my I-485? Am I likely to be rejected on I-485?
