I read you previous post. Your I-94 revoke might be because your last entry was not right. It caused I-94 wrong and revoked.

If you want to continue to apply GC, you might have to go outside U.S. and fix your visa status.

Another choice is to reopen your I485 if you have a good execuse (urgent situation) to travel during 485. Judge may overcome the 485 denial. I heard similar case.
