现在我的I-485被拒了

You need to provide details why it was denied.

You need motion to re-open I485 if it was denied in a wrong cause.

如果我是B1进来的，填I-485的时候我的status是visitor还是什么？这个不知道怎么填。

B1 may not qualify for AOS. Most people go to AOS from H and L status. What is your current status (before AOS)?
