10多年前J1来美。入境章没有留美的期限，也无D/S,完全空白的。现在也找不到I94了。各位，能否告知，这种情况下，合法身份到底是多久？如何计算？3年后是不是unlawfully present?
-Your留美的期限 was indicated in the Form IAP-66 (or Form DS-2019). If you overstayed after your IAP-66/DS-2019 expired, you were unlawful present unless you changed your status to another status before it expired.
