回复：紧急求助，multi fill I-485 的问题！

我在07年7月递的第一个I485基于批准的NIW，当时我是单身。上个月我和太太一起递了第二份I485基于我批准的EB1.我现在的问题是我需不需要把第一份485Withdrawn掉啊？跪求有类似经验的朋友指教，在此感激不尽！！！
-You do not need to withdraw the NIW I-485, but you had better do that and thus, USCIS will process your case quickly because they do not need to put all your cases to process at the same time (save their time to process your case).

担心移民局要是万一先批准了早的485，那就会deny第二份，那我太太的是不是会同时被denied啊？
