You may just go to the USCIS local office where your I-94 was taken to see whether you can get a copy of the I-94. I hope they still keep your file there. You do not need to worry your status. As long as you file your I-485, you have no problem to get the green card. You need to file the I-131 and I-765 along with the I-485 at this time to get AP and EAD (this filing fee is included in the I-485, so it is free).
