绿卡今天终于批了

情况：

1。2007年7月大潮同时递交2个140（EB1＋NIW)和485 （自己和LP）, receipt data是在07年9月底。
2。NIW－140于08年4月要求补材料，9月批（拖了5个月）。 eb1-140于08年11月直接批。
3。两人的484到09年7月为止都没有动静， 7月底写信给议员， 10月2日两人485同时批准（email通知）。
4。前后过程，只打过一次指纹。


感觉：
1。 总体来说，USCIS还是会处理每个人的case的， 但时间早晚快慢有很大变异。
2。 给议员等写信，有帮助提醒IO按时处理你的case.
3. 485会自动连接多个140，好象不必写信要求重链。
