where to get lost immigration document ?emergency, please help

Hi Dear friends

I lost my child's original J2 forms and didn't have any copy. I couldn't find them in the institute I worked and I am working. Where is the other sources to find those documents? From USCIS? I will greatly appreciate your help. Thanks
