因身体原因,想在家休息一年,
是不是如果没有RFE,就等绿卡下来,一切OK?

如果有RFE,就完完?
-Your I-485 probablly will be denied, but your I-140 is still valid. So, you can file a new I-485 if you find job later as long as you can maintain your legal status.
