回复：AP的困扰：这次还能出差吗？？

昨天刚订了机票，16号去北京出差，25号回来。 早上发现 AP 上个月刚过期。（ＡＰstamp date is 2010, 看了帖子才知道这个日期没用　）

刚才在网上 马上efile I-131 ( Advanced Parole ), 请问　

1。16号离境会有问题吗？
-You can not leave US before your AP is approved.

2. 如果把回程往后推，等受到新的AP , 估计要多久阿？
-Normally it takes about one to three months. But you can go to USCIS local office to apply for emergency AP if you are in a emergency situation. If you have a pending AP application, bring the receipt with you for the emergency AP application.

3. 可不可以在北京马上重新申请签证？　现在４８５　pending, PD Nov04, 随时都可能批（老婆已经2月批了，我是家属），EAD 两年多了， 这种情况要申请啥样的签证？
-You can not get an visa to come back unless your current status is H1/H4. Otherwise, your I-485 will be invalid.

4. 我这次还能成行吗　？还有啥注意？？这次出差任务重大啊。
