之后把材料送国内审批
6/20/04 所有材料寄领事馆
所有材料寄国务院
7月初材料转往大使馆
8/8/04 国务院收到不反对信
8/18/04 国务院给移民局发送favorable recommendation
9/1/04 移民局发出receipt
9/9/04 移民局发出最后批准信
9/15/04 收到该信
