1〉LD是dependent, 现在AOS 状态,但本人已经绿了，她离境时还需要交还 I-94么？因为她的I-94随着原来的H4曾经renew 过，需要把当初入境时的那张旧的也交了么?
-Yes, she needs to provide the latest I-94 to the airlines when she leaves US. Not need to provide the ild I-94.

2〉持AP 回来的时候除了护照和AP, I-485 receipt 之外还需要带其它什么文件？
-Enough.

3〉一般在回来AP入境的时候新的I-94会给多长时间的有效期阿？
-Parole status for one year, but she can stay in US until her I-485 is approved or denied with AOS.
如到时候新的I-94过期但不出境，需要再renew I-94么？
-Nothing needed to do.

4〉仔细看了一下AP , title上面写着: I512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien Into the Unitied States
下面的黑框里的 NOTICE - READ BEFORE YOU TRAVEL ABROAD, 又写了:
Parole is not admission into the Unitied States, Presentation of this authorization will allow a CBP inspector ....
Parole into the United States is not guranteed, in all cases....

这都是标准的么？为什么说 'is not admission' 和 ‘not guaranteed' 阿？
-Just ingore this information, and nothing worried about. They always say that just like that the Dr. says we can not guaranteed the patient can surive when we do the surgery.

5〉AP入境时移民官会一般问什么样的问题？有没什么需要注意的？
-Nothing special.
