自己和家人的485已经递出，几个月后我要延H1，请问是不是要同时延家人的H4？

-It is not a non-immigration status. It is adjustment of status (AOS) and that means you or your spouse/kid whose I-485 is pending is in a transition from non-immigration status to immigration status and you are lawful present in US during this period of time even if you do not have a non-immigration status.
