-可以. But if your PD is not current before April 1, 2010, you need to get a new offer letter again after April 1, 2010.

我现在的offer letter是公司美国总部九月份刚出具的, 计划start date是April 1, 2010。

2。offer letter需要公证和盖章吗？
查了老印的网站，都说offer letter需要公证和盖章，但是我的offer letter好像只有公司HR的签名，不知道行不行？
-Not need to 公证和盖章. There is the contact information in the letterhead letter, and the US Consulate will contact your company if they doubt it. I believe no any applicant is so stupid to make up of such a offer letter to get a immigration visa because it is so easy to find it true or false.
