由于不能回美国打指纹（AP已过期），可能要转CP,请问是LG（他的485已经批了）填I-824，我再follow-to-join，还是直接把我自己的485转成CP，我的485是副申请人，有case号码。
-Your hu*****and needs to file the I-824 for you and change your I-485 to Consular processing (CP) for you. You do not need to do anything by this time. There is a item for the follow to join in the Form I-824. So, just follow the instructions to fill out the form and provide the required docuemnts to USCIS. After USCIS approve the I-824, they will cancel your I-485 and then, the National Visa Center (NVC) will contact your hu*****and for future informatiion and instruct him how to do for the whole case. It may take one year around for you to get the immigration visa in China if the PD does not go back.

还有I-824表上我在国内的地址是用英文还是中文填
