The IO at the port of entry treats everyone the same way as yours. That I-94 is parole status for one year. Everytime you enter US using AP, the IO will give you one year parole status. After one year, you still can legally stay in US if your AP is based on your pending I-485, and thus you do not need to do anything and your status is AOS. Your AP validation is not related to this I-94, and the expiration date of your AP is indicated on your AP paper. You can not use this AP for internationa travel if it expires. I hope you can understand that at this time.

You will have big trouble if you enter USA after 2009, 5. 8.
