我去年回国，因为是老PD（04年），以为绿卡会很快下来，所以没有renew原来的AP，在国内的时间里，老AP过期了。LD今年初拿到了绿卡，9月底他一个人回到了美国。他刚刚收到信，我需要在10月20日打第二次指纹，但没有有效的AP，我不能回美国打指纹了。

-You can re-schedule the fingprinting. But the problem is that you need to get an H1/H4 visa to reenter US. If you are not qualified for H1/H4 visa, I can not see you can come back to US using a non-immigration visa. You may apply for an immigration visa using follow-to-join by Consular processing.
