我在加拿大移民网站看到这么一段话,麻烦各位知道的帮我解释一下:
Who can apply in Buffalo

If you are a citizen of the United States or if you have been lawfully admitted to Canada, the United States or Bermuda for a period of one year and are currently residing there, you may apply in Buffalo.

我迷惑的是那个one year是指在美国的签证还需要1年有效期吗? 如果是的话,只能等续了签证再申请了
