急问，我的一个闺密，人非常善良也很漂亮，可惜看走了眼，跟一个老外结了婚，真结婚的。结果结婚后受老公虐待，忍气吞声刚刚拿到临时绿卡，现在老公要离婚还告到移民局说她欺骗，要移民局取消她的临时绿卡并递解出境。

请问移民局会取消临时绿卡吗？
