HELP! - Internal transfer: how will it impact my H1B?

Visa experts,

If I transfer from finance analyst position at Corporation to a manager position at a Subsidiary, how will it impact my H1B? The job content will change from financial analysis only to managing people, financial/marketing/operational analysis. The job location will also change.
