N-400 and I-130/485

Could somebody answer my following question?

Can I file N-400 (Citizenship) for myself together with I-130/485 for wife?
I heard from my friend (not sure if it is right) that the citizenship for herself and I-130/485 for her parents were approved at the same time, which is much faster than filing N-400 first and then I-130/485 (after N-400 is approved). If my wife wants to get Green Card faster, can I file these two types of application together.
